Golf: The Mental Game

Using Hypnosis to Improve the Mental Half of Golf!

Golf: The Mental Game recording image“That was a lousy round; I could have played those shots better!”

How often have you said those words?

Few golfers are satisfied with the round they just played. They immediately begin thinking of the next round and how much better that round will be. Whether you average 3 or 20 strokes over par, this recording will help you eliminate strokes by improving your mental game. You know; that game you play inside your head when you’re driving to the course. By listening to this hypnotic recording, you’ll soon find yourself focusing on your game, just like professional golfers do.

Your narrator, Casino Danova, became addicted to the game of golf in the early 1960s. His first round of golf was at Crystal Springs in San Mateo, California. He shot an amazing 117! Not to be defeated by a little white ball, he kept practicing until he was shooting in the low 70’s, at Lincoln Park in San Francisco.

In those days, golfers got up at 2:00 a.m. and slept in their car until the starter’s window opened. And, that was to get a good time for next week! Crazy, huh? If you’re a golf nut, you know what I’m talking about.

Please Note: To be effective, hypnosis depends on three things: relaxation, repetition, and concentration. It has never been a ‘one-off’ way of alleviating bad habits or behaviors. Change in a belief such as, “I’m an great golfer,” instead of, “I hate the way I play,” takes hold in your subconscious mind only when it’s been reinforced time and again.

The author has taught Basic and Advanced levels of hypnosis for 35-years and has never seen anyone not come out of a hypnotic trance. Since the state of hypnosis is created by words, you are the one who puts yourself in as deep a trance as you’d like, and you can rouse yourself up at any time. For best results, get relaxed with few distractions, and use stereo headphones.
